About Cancellation and Refunds
For cancellations, please contact the secretariat by 3:00 PM, three business days prior to the event date (course start date), counting from the day before (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays).
After that, if you contact us to cancel by 5:00 PM on the business day prior to the course start date, an amount equivalent to 30% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellations after this point are generally not possible.
