QUON
Privacy Policy
QUON (“we”) handles information collected through this website and in responding to inquiries as described below. Where a particular service has its own terms or privacy notice, please also review that information.
Effective and last updated: October 23, 2026
1. Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address and inquiry, together with any telephone number or company name you choose to provide. Website use may also generate information such as IP address, visited URLs, access time, referring page, browser and device details, cookies and similar identifiers.
2. Collection and purposes of use
We collect information appropriately and use it to answer inquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, communicate about contracts and services, operate and improve the website, understand usage, and address abuse or unwanted activity. Where processing personal information beyond these purposes requires consent, we obtain it unless an applicable legal exception permits otherwise.
3. Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
The cookie “quon_site_lang” remembers your selected language for 30 days. We also use the following external measurement scripts to understand website use and the effectiveness of our activities.
- Google Analytics 4: Information such as cookies and identifiers, visited pages, device and browser details and referrers is sent to Google for usage analysis. See Google’s Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from partner sites, and the opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta Pixel: Page-view events and information such as cookies, identifiers, device details and referrers are sent to Meta to understand usage and advertising effectiveness. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
- Visora: Its script is delivered from cognify.works and sends information to visora.actwise.run. Visitor and session identifiers, page URLs including queries, page titles, referrers, device, screen and viewport details, language and time zone, click, scroll and cursor positions, time on page and events indicating that a form was submitted are used to understand and improve website usage.
Visora uses a cookie, configured for 400 days, and browser local storage for its visitor identifier, and session storage for its session identifier. Browser-stored information may remain separately from cookies. You can manage or delete stored information through your browser settings.
These connections also make communication information such as IP addresses available to the recipients. Providers handle received information under their own terms and policies. Cookies and identifiers may relate to an individual, including when combined with other information.
Browser privacy and cookie settings, and providers’ available controls, can limit some collection. Blocking cookies does not necessarily stop every connection or measurement. Some functions, such as remembering language, may change.
4. Retention, deletion and safeguards
We retain information to the extent needed for its purposes, legal obligations and handling abuse, and appropriately delete it or reduce its ability to identify individuals when no longer needed. We limit access to what is necessary, take measures against loss, leakage and unauthorized access, and review our handling practices as appropriate.
5. Service providers and third-party disclosure
If we entrust information handling to a service provider as needed for our activities, we select and oversee that provider appropriately, including necessary contractual arrangements. We obtain required consent for disclosure of personal data to third parties unless an applicable legal exception applies. We also take necessary measures regarding the transmissions described in section 3 according to the information involved and how it is handled.
6. Processing outside Japan
Information may be handled outside Japan through external services. Where this constitutes provision of personal data to a third party abroad or otherwise requires action under applicable law, we provide the required information and obtain consent or take other required measures.
7. Requests about your information
Contact us below if you wish to request access, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or suspension of third-party disclosure of your personal information. We use identity checks proportionate to the request and respond in accordance with applicable law. If legal obligations, protection of others’ rights or another applicable reason prevents us from fulfilling a request, we explain the reason.
8. Changes to this policy
We review this policy as laws, services or information handling change, and publish the revised policy and update date here. We provide separate notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
9. Contact
This contact point also handles requests about the identity of the person or entity handling personal information.
