8. Correction, etc., of Personal Information

When our company receives a request from a customer to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") the content of their personal information on the grounds that it is not accurate, based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, we will, after confirming that the request is made by the customer themselves, conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. Based on the results, we will correct, etc., the content of the personal information and notify the customer accordingly (if we decide not to make the correction, etc., we will notify the customer of that decision). However, this does not apply if our company is not obligated to make corrections, etc., under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

9. Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information

When our company receives a request from a customer to suspend or delete the use (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of their personal information, based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, on the grounds that their personal information is handled beyond the scope of the publicly announced purpose of use, or that it was acquired by fraudulent or other illicit means, and if it is found that there are valid reasons for the request, we will, after confirming that the request is made by the customer themselves, suspend the use, etc., of the personal information without delay and notify the customer accordingly. However, this does not apply if our company is not obligated to suspend the use, etc., under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
