Letting your ‘heart’ be pulled to malicious places is a waste of time.
It's something I always think about myself, but I end up doing it, don't I?
Various incidents are happening in the world. For example, murders, slander, unreasonable incidents that are hard to accept, injustice, and malice. Even though I haven't done anything in particular, just seeing these things pulls my heart towards negative emotions. I feel unpleasant. And then I end up thinking about various things and feeling angry.
When I suddenly come back to my senses and think about these emotions, they are truly useless. Or rather, useless, they don't have much to do with the main course of my life. Of course, if it's something I truly want to protest or fight for, I think it's okay. But if I don't feel that strongly and intentionally express my dissatisfaction with the situation, it becomes troublesome.
Of course, expressing an opinion means there will be opposing views, and I'll have to respond to them. When that happens, something like stubbornness gets in the way, doesn't it? And then I end up consuming time that should be spent on what I really need to do.
And then my own heart gets pulled towards malice, and I start to feel wicked. At least, when I face such situations, I can't immediately feel happy, can I? I can't move things forward positively. That's how it is for me. I think there are people who can act on anger and frustration, and I think that's amazing. Truly. I can't stand it.
I myself can't move things forward with positive emotions; I'm the type who generates explosive power from positive feelings in the first place, so, reflection, I guess… I shouldn't do things I'm not good at. Instead of worrying about others, I should focus on myself first.
As life becomes stable, daily stress often comes from external factors rather than my own inherent path. Time consumed because I deliberately stuck my neck in, even though I could have used that time for what I should be doing if I hadn't. And negative emotions. A situation where I can no longer do what I should be doing with a good feeling.
If I'm going to express an opinion, I should focus only on what I truly want to achieve. It's turned into something like a self-reflection essay, but I really want to eliminate this way of consuming time. Truly.
