I think there are various opinions on how to create a business.
I have one goal in mind.

I've been saying for a while that I want to make business easier to understand.
However, the original nuance is slightly different.

How it's different is that the correct way to put it is 'I want to make business more casual'.
Currently, when it comes to starting a business, everyone tends to think of it as something incredibly heavy.
However, in reality, creating a business is something anyone can do.

If an interesting idea comes to mind, why not give it a try?
You should start with that kind of mindset.
Whether it's a side project or anything else, just give it a try.
Then, many futures will become visible.

For example, even if you're not recognized at your company.
No matter how difficult the world may seem.
Even if there are situations where your efforts in society go unrewarded.
Even if you think your salary is low and you can't dream.

Indeed, depending on your ideas and initiative, you can dream as much as you want.
What you started yourself might become a huge movement.
You might reach a world you've never seen before.
A trend that the world has never witnessed before might emerge.
You might be able to live your ideal life.
If you start a business as a side project right now, the future will open up for you.

Yet, the reason why you can't take that first step is because entrepreneurship is not well known.
After some investigation, I've somewhat understood the reasons why people can't take that step.
In Japanese society, from childhood to adulthood, there are very few opportunities to be exposed to business.
Rather, it is an object of avoidance, seen as mere money-making.
When you talk about business or entrepreneurship, it's even considered a suspicious path.
Furthermore, it can even be scorned or become an object of avoidance.
Even though society runs on business and entrepreneurship, there are too few opportunities to be exposed to it or learn about it.

Over the six years of elementary school, the time spent on entrepreneurship or business doesn't even reach 50 hours.
Moreover, even when it comes to entrepreneurship, most of it is just like a workplace experience, and you don't create anything yourself.
Originally, the ability to think for oneself and solve problems should be cultivated, but instead, it's all about finding pre-determined answers.
Recently, interest in the ability to think for oneself seems to be gradually increasing, but it's still not enough.
Even including junior high and high school, it doesn't amount to 100 hours.

Fundamentally, there are almost no opportunities to be involved in entrepreneurship or business creation, which should be the pillars of society.
Therefore, it's natural for us not to be interested in entrepreneurship.
It's a natural progression for something unknown to be treated as something scary.
Because everyone is afraid of what they don't know.

In America, examples of entrepreneurship among children under 10 have also increased.
It's not uncommon for mothers to casually start a business.
Such actions of creating businesses revitalize society as a whole and create future businesses.
Starting a business or creating a venture should be more casual than generally thought.
I dare to use the word "casual."
Some people might even be offended by it.

Starting a business or launching your own venture isn't that difficult if you know how.
It can even be something that's just there, like breathing.
In my case, I often start with a thought like, "Maybe I'll give it a try."
While each business certainly carries weight, its beginning is very casual.

You should start a business as if you're playing, or because it excites you.
Challenging yourself with a big vision is more fun, and makes you want to do more.
The results become rewards, given to people, enriching society.
A future where we can think like that should be closer at hand.

Even Mark Zuckerberg didn't initially think it would become a company.
Even Steve Jobs' many curiosities and play led to revolutions.

I will continue to create businesses, and I won't give up on that.
It's been almost 10 years since I became independent.
Indeed, there have been many difficult and enjoyable times.
All experiences, values, and many battles have built my current business skills.
I call the skill of building a business from scratch "business skill."
The reason I don't call it 'entrepreneurial skills' is because internal new business ventures are also a perfectly valid option.

So, I might incur resentment, but I will launch businesses consecutively.
I hope to do new things one after another and involve many people.
Among them, some businesses will grow significantly, and some will fail.
I believe that people who have experienced both wins and losses and gained experience should continue to involve others in that way.
It would be great if more and more people acquired business skills in that way.
I believe that a much more interesting society will surely be created.

To that end, I want to pass on the business skills I have cultivated so far.
From now on, I am also planning to launch a direct entrepreneur training program just one more time.
Even Avery will make entrepreneurship much easier to understand.
So that many people can casually create businesses and get started.
I intend to convey how to create and enjoy a business.
