There are various ways to monetize sustainably.
There's a lot of information out there, isn't there?

However, you shouldn't rely on information like 'I made money with this!'
Even if you master the method itself, you shouldn't rely on it.
Also, while a small amount might be acceptable, you shouldn't invest large sums of money in other people's information.

This is because the world is constantly changing at an incredible speed.

Even ideas that were common a little while ago quickly become things of the past.
What made that person successful will no longer be valid a little later.

Since I'm usually in the IT world, I feel that sense of speed very closely.
Furthermore, I feel that the world is changing rapidly due to the development of IT.
Inventions permeate daily life, and before you know it, they make everything else a thing of the past.

For example, a few years ago there was a technology called FLASH.
To create 'movement' on websites, including videos, a FLASH player was necessary.
That's why people called front-end engineers all studied FLASH.

However, ever since the iPhone was released and FLASH could no longer be used on it, those became obsolete technologies.
At that time, I myself had just finally mastered FLASH.
It was a time when I was about to start making more and more money using technology.
Before I knew it, that method had become a thing of the past.

Fortunately, what I learned with FLASH could be applied to other technologies, so it wasn't a waste.
This is just one example; there are many other similar situations.

However, ever since this experience, I've come to believe that relying on a single thing is dangerous.

You shouldn't rely on a single means for anything.
And, it's necessary to create a system that lasts, without being constrained by the evolution of the world as much as possible.

As a result, what I arrived at was the idea of continuously creating businesses.

For example, if you rely entirely on just one business, everything will fall apart if something happens.
If you divide your business into multiple parts and diversify your income sources, not everything will collapse even if something happens.
This is true not only for individuals and small businesses but also for large corporations.
At first glance, they seem to be doing glamorous businesses, but in reality, they might have hidden funding sources, like in finance.

The same goes for an individual's life and way of living.
If you divide your lifelines into multiple parts, you'll have room to maneuver even if something happens.
It's because you become dependent on something that you fear trouble.

Since then, I've focused on quickly creating and realizing new businesses.
What's important is the speed of creation.
It takes about 3 months to create and monetize one business.
After creating a new service and making it an income source in 3 months, I create another new service.

At first glance, many might think that continuous business creation is incredibly difficult.
It is certainly difficult, but at the same time, it's quite enjoyable.

Because, just think about it.
You can instantly create the kind of work you want to do yourself!
If you have an ideal life plan, you just need to create work that can realize that way of life.

Because I wanted to live overseas, I started a business that could be done overseas.
Because I wanted to be excited with people who create their own businesses, I started entrepreneur training.
Because I wanted to work anywhere in the world, I launched a website creation business.
I also created several internet platforms.
And some businesses have been sold, while others are ongoing.

Since you are acting to realize what you yourself want to do, it should be enjoyable.
Because you are not being told by someone else to do it, and thus forced to do it.

Even if you fail, the business you created before is still alive.
Also, you just need to create the next business as quickly as possible.
Some people might wonder, 'Can it really be done with such speed?'

If you get used to creating 'one' from 'zero', you can do it.
Creating something from nothing is also a skill.
The more you practice, the more you get used to it.

However, when talking like this, misunderstandings can sometimes occur.
That individual businesses might be inorganic and lack particular affection.

No, that's not the case.
Each business is approached with love and effort.
Because if you don't have love, it won't sell.

Let me tell you two ways to create products and services that monetize quickly.
You will understand that if you don't have love (passion), you won't be able to sell.

The first is to solve "problems people are struggling with" and make the world more convenient.

You solve someone's worries, dilemmas, or troubles through business.
Are there any problems around you that everyone is struggling with?
In your daily life, don't you talk about complaints, inconveniences, or unpleasant things around you?
When you're having a drink with someone, don't you say things like, "I wish it could be like this"?
You just need to start solving those problems, even if it's on a small scale.

It's only when you have genuine love (passion) to "solve" someone's dissatisfaction or inconvenience that it gets conveyed.
If your feelings are conveyed, many people will support you.
It's something that already exists as a problem, and someone will back you up.
Ultimately, this will lead to sales of your products and services.

The second is not to be swayed by trends.

Inexperienced people jump at ideas, thinking, "This looks profitable" or "It's popular right now".
But, as is often said, by the time it reaches your ears, it's already too late.
The pioneers have already taken the best parts, and those who follow will be exploited.

Do you think those who realized it first haven't taken measures against competitors who come later?

If it were me, I'd think like this:
I'd try to utilize those who come later as much as possible.
Or, I'd possess an appeal that no one else can beat, no matter how hard they try.
Riding the trends and fads means you won't get the good parts, you'll face a lot of hardship, and you'll be exploited.

So, what should you do?

Those who truly know the most valuable parts don't follow trends.
They think for themselves, discover, and create trends.

So, specifically, how can you become a trend creator?
That connects to what I talked about first: "solving problems."
The existence of unresolved inconveniences is synonymous with the existence of unexplored business opportunities.

People who truly know what's valuable don't look for "profitable ideas."
They look for "problems" and "areas that can be made more convenient" around them.
And then they come up with "solutions" and "immediately turn them into businesses."

By solving problems, something that was zero becomes one.
Naturally, since it was a problem for someone, solving it will generate revenue.
With this, you can now become a "trend" creator.

The important thing is to keep the will to look for problems.
If you keep looking for problems, even if not now, it's only a matter of time before you notice them.

People who constantly come up with ideas are just accumulating "discoveries" because they are always searching.
Instead of thinking, "I need to come up with a good idea," they are simply trying to "notice" things in their daily lives.

Even so, do you think, "That sounds difficult"?
Do you think noticing problems or creating businesses sounds tough?

Certainly, it is quite challenging, but because you're doing what you desire, it's enjoyable.
I've rarely thought it was tough.
Because it's fun.

For me, it's harder to do something that isn't very valuable to the world, just because it 'seems profitable'.
In the end, I think it seems 'more difficult' to do something I don't even want to do, only to be used by someone and not even make money.

Human dignity and spirit, and above all, the excitement of being alive.
To provide value to the world and create work that is needed by someone, all while gaining such feelings.
Since I started working in my current style, I haven't felt it's difficult in the slightest.
The current situation is that every day is so much fun I can't help myself.

If you're going to do it anyway, wouldn't you want to earn income with a thrilling sense of fulfillment?
Because until you can generate sufficient profit from investments and operations, you'll be facing your work.

That's why I focus on 'finding problems' and 'solving them with my own mind' when creating businesses.
As a result, I'm able to work every day with a sense of fulfillment.
Living, and creating work like this, is so much fun I can't help myself.

If you can acquire the skill to find problems with your own eyes and ears and solve them with your mind, there's nothing to fear.
No matter how the world changes, no matter what happens, every time a problem arises, it looks like a 'feast'.

Every problem I see seems like a fun puzzle to solve.
The more the world changes and becomes difficult, the more excited I get about how to solve it.

If you acquire that skill and can actually monetize it, you won't even glance at 'profitable ideas'.
Because profitable ideas themselves will be born from within you.
It becomes a waste to bother expending effort on someone else's created system.

However, in Japan today, there are still very few people who possess the "ability to think for themselves" to identify problems and create businesses.
Therefore, they tend to immediately fit into someone else's template, and as a result, they end up being exploited.
But, that cannot be helped.
Because they have been living within such an education system, unless they place themselves in some stimulating environment.

I view such a situation as a serious problem and hope for it to change as soon as possible.

The ideal is for "everyone to have the ability to identify problems, think for themselves to solve them, and monetize them".
If that happens, mechanisms that are merely money-collecting machines, providing no significant value to society, will no longer be able to profit.
Only truly valuable companies will be able to genuinely thrive in such a society.

Currently, we are starting to create a service that enables "everyone to generate their own source of income from within themselves".
We are thoroughly researching not only skills, but also how to actually monetize them in a tangible form.
Furthermore, since our vision is "for everyone", it will be "at a price that even pocket money can afford".
We have already found out what to do, and we will be taking the next action soon.

Although we haven't revealed the full picture yet,WORKROOMis also part of the action.
I've occasionally posted on Facebook, haven't I?

For those who truly want to be able to create their own source of income from now on.
I believe there are many people who want to live by their own standards, without being swayed by other dubious information.

Please give us a little more time. We will solve that problem.
Please look forward to it.
