I think there are many people who find talk of enemies and allies to be unsettling.

There are no enemies or allies in this world! Everyone just has a different position! Let's put that valid point aside for now!

In reality, when it comes to 'involving people,' clearly defining 'enemies' and 'allies' is extremely effective.

Huh? Is what I'm saying different from the title? For those who thought that, it's natural.
However, it's just a difference in expression; what I'm saying is the same.

Both enemies and allies are just roles, so let's use them well.
Assuming allies remain allies, enemies can also be utilized.
Sometimes, they play a necessary role in inspiring allies.

When building an organization, building a team, or when you want to get cooperation from someone.

It's best to first recognize that everyone has a clear 'enemy to confront' and everyone wants allies to fight alongside them.

The 'enemy' in this case is not limited to people.

Rather, it's almost never the case that the opponent you should involve others to fight is a 'person'. Rest assured.

If the target were a person, then in my mind, I can only think of coups, big or small. (laughs)

So, for the purpose of involving people, what is an enemy?

To conclude, the enemy in this case is 'problems' or 'barriers'.

Everyone has some kind of problem, right?

Poverty, difficulty finding employment, discrimination, human relationships, studies, work, and so on.

Suppose there are people fighting such problems (enemies).

Furthermore, what if there was an enemy (problem) that tens of millions of people are fighting every day?

If someone stands up and says, 'Come on! Let's defeat the enemy!', everyone will agree and follow.

This is one clear example of 'involving people'.

For example, let's say there are people suffering from poverty.

If someone shouts, 'Let's destroy the cause of current poverty!' and moves forward, all the people suffering from poverty will want to support that person.

If someone shouts, 'Current job hunting is strange, so let's eradicate the problems rampant in job hunting!' and fights, people who have doubts about job hunting will follow.

However, people can't fully believe if you only show them dreams, so you need to present a clear plan like 'Wouldn't we be able to defeat the enemy this way?' and further raise expectations.

Sometimes the position of 'enemy' changes to 'goal'.

It's like One Piece. Like 'I'm going to be the King of the Pirates!'

Translated to modern society, it might be something like, 'Let's all earn 100 million yen each!'

For example, if someone says, 'I'm going to earn 100 million yen in a year, why don't you all aim for 100 million yen with me?', many people will come forward saying, 'That sounds interesting, I'll do it too!'

Moreover, if you work desperately hard, people won't leave.

Interestingly, whether it's an enemy or a goal, if there's a clear destination to solve something you want or are troubled by, or to obtain something, you can endure considerable hardship.

If 'enemy' is a problem-solving type of goal setting, then this, likened to One Piece, can be called a 'treasure'-centric goal setting.

In any case, it's important to decide on a landing point, and that the landing point holds great appeal in life.

People will likely even find the process of getting there enjoyable.

People will follow those who skillfully create the roles of enemy and ally.

Calling it 'staging' might sound bad, though.

In this case, 'staging' doesn't necessarily mean doing it intentionally; it also applies to patterns where people just worked desperately hard, and before they knew it, others started following.

It's a pattern where people were purely and genuinely angry about something and acted, or had a goal they desperately wanted to achieve and worked hard, and then others got involved.

In other words, whether you're acting or genuinely seeking, in whatever form, if you create the patterns mentioned above, you can involve people.

If you are very cunning and can flexibly recreate these situations depending on the circumstances, it will be easy to involve others.

However, there must be a clear and concise goal setting, the charm of words to convey it effectively, and the conviction that everyone truly desires to do so.

Conversely, if you master these three points, you will be able to smoothly involve people.

And truly cunning people actually understand how to create 'enemies' and 'allies,' set things in motion, and have the capacity to involve people.

This is a slightly different dimension from the means of involving people purely by continuously running on beginner's luck.
