How to engage people? The ‘two’ golden rules that attract people without persuasion.

How to engage people? The ‘two’ golden rules that attract people without persuasion.

Hello. This is Kamiyama.

Today, I'll be talking about how to involve people.
Many people probably find it difficult to involve others.

If you take any action, you need to involve others.
This is especially true when starting a business.
Whether it's colleagues who advance projects with you, or clients.
If you're doing business, involving people is an opportunity that will surely come.

When involving someone, you try to persuade the person you like.
You take your time and carefully persuade them, right?

It's the same whether you're recruiting colleagues or winning over clients in sales.
The power to persuade verbally can be said to be the very power that supports a business.

However, fundamentally, you've already failed the moment you're desperately trying to persuade them.
Even if you don't say it's a failure, it's at least not the best.
So, what is the best pattern?

It's to have them come to be involved.

Even without any persuasion, they come to you saying they want to do it.
Even without meeting many times, they tell you they definitely want to do it.
If you can create this situation, it can be said to be the best.

Many people probably think, 'Can you really do that?'
If something magical like them coming on their own could happen, no one would be struggling.

However, if certain conditions are met, people will come forward on their own.
Today, I'll explain how to get them to come forward on their own.
I'll tell you how to get them to come and get involved on their own.

Having an attractive vision.

It's a golden rule among golden rules: have an exciting vision.
Changing the world, denting the universe, causing a revolution in society.

Working together towards a big vision is exciting.
Especially, the more accomplished and talented the person, the more excited they get about big goals.

If you're looking for colleagues, they'll be attracted by the vision and want to work here.
If it's a client, they'll feel like it would be fun to work together.
When mindsets align, it becomes an opportunity for mutual trust.

A grand vision resonates directly with people's hearts.
The excitement of the vision attracts people and makes the project appealing.
There's a world of difference between having a vision presented and not having one.

In fact, let's say you explain the salary in detail and recruit under somewhat favorable conditions.
But if they're not attracted by the mindset, good talent will go elsewhere.
Good talent is more interested in the company's vision than in the conditions.

The same applies to clients.

If you persuade them that you want to realize such a world, they'll like it more than its actual value.
It will remain in their memory, and they'll be excited to work together.
This alone could be a significant differentiator compared to other companies.

People, after all, are drawn to the human heart.
If it doesn't resonate with their heart, people won't feel like taking action.
However, if it resonates with their heart, people will act under favorable conditions.
The 'heart' in entrepreneurship and projects is, in other words, the vision.

Empathizing with people and culture.

Above all, the culture that is shared and the charm of the people you meet leave a lasting impression.
For example, when a joyful scene is shared on a social network.
When people, culture, or ideas encountered somewhere align with one's own thoughts.
When you feel that being together is a lot of fun.

Hearts are moved by goodwill towards people and culture.
When people feel it looks fun and exciting, they take a step forward.
While there are points that align with the vision, people move when their hearts are moved.

If they are colleagues, it's when they are in sync with the people they work with.
When they think the process of achieving the vision together also looks fun.

If they are clients, it's when they feel they want to work with this person.
When they find the service or product attractive and also like the company culture.

The charm of the people sharing the space also draws in those around them.

That is precisely why it's necessary to actively share people and culture.
Social networks, blogs, and other media.

You can make direct contact at events or even play together.

If you enjoy being together or your ideas align, the first step is clear.
When they feel it looks fun and exciting, they naturally come closer.

It's the same for clients and colleagues.
When people are naturally drawn in, it means they empathize.
When they empathize and feel it looks fun, they will walk alongside you.

Let's make the team fun, period.

Let's create an exciting atmosphere in the workplace.
Let's actively convey our ideas and culture to the people we meet.
Then, even without actively persuading them, they will naturally get involved.

Having an exciting vision, empathizing with people and the team, and being enjoyable.

To summarize, the absolute conditions for someone to get involved are as follows.
People feel attracted to the vision and the people, and thus join the circle.

Conversely, if you have to desperately persuade someone, you should review everything.
Because it means there is no appeal in either the vision or the people.

If there's no vision to uphold and the team isn't fun, you can't win in business.
Ultimately, not being able to draw people in means it's difficult to sell.
The conditions discussed this time are also the conditions that determine the success or failure of a business, alongside how to involve people.

If people are not gathering easily, let's review the vision.
If the vision is attractive but people are not gathering, let's review the team.

Are you conveying the excitement that everyone feels to others?
Are you expressing the sense of elation you are currently feeling?
If you haven't been able to do so, please try to be a little creative.

Neither marketing nor recruitment is entirely about just placing advertisements.
Conditions and prices alone are not the only triggers to get someone involved.
Team and vision, culture and values.
These truly intangible, perceptible atmospheres speak of the true appeal.

Please, keep this in mind as you proceed with your future activities.
If you grasp these two points, the situation should change.
