I’m incredibly excited about mini-houses. Small houses hold dreams, don’t they?

I've been thinking for a long time, and somehow my ideal for a home has generally shifted to 'compact'. Something that can be moved easily anytime. Something that can even move the entire house.
Surely, there are many people who feel the same way as I do, aren't there?

And, in North America, a form of housing called a mini house, a residence that can be moved entirely, has been booming for several years.
It's also called a tiny house. And don't underestimate it, it's quite stylish and seems easy to live in.
I've borrowed a few from Instagram. This account called tinyhousemovement only introduces mini houses and is quite interesting.

Or rather, mini houses that have already left the ground,
and even cars that have become mini houses as they are, many mini houses are being created.
Moreover, the price is around 1 million yen, making it an affordable price. For the price of buying a one-room apartment in the city center, you could build about 20 mini houses.
In fact, if you just have land, you could create a village.
And, the interior is also quite cute.

A small stove? A fireplace? Mini houses with these, and so on. They're really stylish, aren't they? Apparently, with mini houses, some can even be moved to a different location, allowing you to live while changing your surroundings.
Wow, that's interesting.
Of course, I think there are people who want to settle in one place. But, it just occurred to me, wouldn't it be nice to buy cheap land in the countryside, buy a lot of mini houses, and create a small village or town-like place?
Because, with so many cute houses and a space where everyone lives while helping each other, all I can imagine is fun.
Fortunately, my parents' home is in Iwate Prefecture, and there's a fair amount of land, so I'm thinking of waiting for the right timing to give it a try.
Like an IT or entrepreneurship school, run by the entire village.
There are share houses where you can study entrepreneurship or IT, but creating a community with the entire village is quite rare, isn't it?
When I see new lifestyles, my dreams expand. It's exciting.
