Don’t be ignored by the world! A story about the ‘mechanism and influence’ that dramatically improves sales.

Don’t be ignored by the world! A story about the ‘mechanism and influence’ that dramatically improves sales.

This time, it's about increasing sales. However, it's not such a difficult topic, but rather a discussion of 'let's think this way.' But in the end, this is precisely the core of sales growth.

There are two patterns for improving sales. This time, we will discuss two points for dramatically improving sales and sustaining them long-term. Please use this as a reference for selling products and services in the future.

Incorporate growth hacking.

First, one point is 'creating a mechanism for spreading awareness.'

To spread awareness long-term, a mechanism is necessary. A good example of what is often proposed in general marketing is a friend referral campaign. Refer one friend and get X amount of cashback. Such campaigns, without doing anything flashy, steadily increase the number of users long-term. It's about incorporating a mechanism for automatic spread.

Also, mass-producing articles to increase access, or steadily gaining followers on X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram, while not flashy, can be considered a steady and long-term strategy for building a fanbase. Things like steady changes and improvements to design based on data. Executing these steady accumulations with a sense of speed is collectively referred to as growth hacking.

Drive users into the mechanism.

And one more thing. There is a way to dramatically increase sales and gain fans. That is, to stand out.

In any case, do something flashy to stand out. If there is some policy or philosophy behind it, fans will follow. A way of standing out with conviction will attract fans, no matter the output. If you stand out, stand out, stand out a lot, and there's a convincing reason or something respectable behind it, people will receive it favorably and recognize it.

At the same time, it also pours a huge number of users into the growth hacking mechanism.

No matter how complete a mechanism you create, it's meaningless if people don't flow into it. It's like a waterwheel without water flowing. It's like a windmill without wind. Standing out is the water for the waterwheel, and the wind for the windmill. Unless users are poured in all at once, even a complete mechanism will not be effective.

Generally, if you try to force people in, you'll often use advertising. Alternatively, you can continuously publish articles and content that people will read endlessly, constantly increasing entry points. This requires time and effort. If you want to achieve results without spending money and as quickly as possible, standing out in a flashy way is the quickest method.

Some 'antis' will emerge. But the majority will become allies.

When you stand out in a flashy way, naturally, people called 'antis' will emerge. However, 'antis' should also be seen as our collaborators. No matter what 'antis' say, it's usually just a difference in perspective, and at the same time, it resonates with and is favorably received by fans. In fact, 'antis' are merely speaking out, which is like them helping with dissemination.

There is nothing sadder than being unable to stand out for fear of negative reactions. If it spreads, naturally, opponents will emerge. People who don't think well of it will also appear. Complaints will also likely increase. However, at the same time, customers will also increase.

If it's a product already so well-known that no further recognition is needed, that's one thing, but if a product or service that is about to become known gains recognition, it's not the case that only malice increases and customers don't. Far sadder than an increase in 'antis' is to disappear without anyone knowing or caring.

This truly amounts to nothing. Look around the world. Aside from crime, ultimately, people who stand out gain advantages, whether temporarily or long-term. By standing out, even if various opinions emerge, beyond overcoming them, many fans will still follow, and results will remain.

If you want to increase your customers. If you want to be recognized. Don't be afraid to stand out. Let's think about how to stand out. Let's thoroughly consider what to do to be recognized by the world. As long as you stand out in any way (except crime) and have a clear core message, your customers will definitely increase. It's important to step forward without fear.

Troublemaking YouTubers and criminal-like individuals are excluded

Sometimes, some people interpret the meaning 'It's much sadder to disappear without anyone knowing or caring than to have more haters' in a twisted way. These are troublesome influencers, like the so-called 'nuisance YouTubers'.

They are people who have grossly misunderstood the meaning of 'it's sadder not to be recognized than to have more haters'. They get attention, it becomes irreversible, and they end up doing considerably bad or or even the worst things. Like crimes. Honestly, most of it is youthful indiscretion. By the time they realize it, it's too late. Irreversible digital tattoos are etched.

Up until now, countless people called 'nuisance-type YouTubers' have emerged, but their end is frankly not a good one. They get arrested, or chased by the police. They might have stood out for a moment, but that only lasts a few years at most. Afterwards, a troublesome digital tattoo remains, and they are left with nothing but regret. If it's someone who has reached a certain age, it might be unavoidable, but the thought of young people doing it makes me shudder.

I want to say that morality is absolutely important

What I want to convey here is that morality is important. Many influencers consider morality secondary, but that is absolutely wrong. While it might still be tolerated within Japanese culture, from a global perspective, they are nothing more than people with low civility.

Through invention, humanity has created many positive aspects, but also many more negative ones. Currently, the world requires morality concerning invention and innovation. As AI has become widespread, the consciousness towards morality has further intensified. For instance, what would happen if a mad scientist, like those depicted in movies, were to grant AI the power to access everything for their own gain? Frankly, there is an enormous potential for current advancements to lead to malicious outcomes.

That is why America mandated safety evaluations for the development of AI. This means that a legal-level review is required to develop AI. Great inventions and innovations will, of course, advance the world in a positive direction, but they can also be exploited for malicious crimes to the same extent.

Some people often say that if you worry about morality, no new inventions or revolutions will be born, but such a person should perhaps do some Zen meditation and reconsider. The world continues to exist because researchers invent with morality, and because morality exists, legal regulations are also introduced to ensure power is used in a positive direction. Challenges and inventions must not be mistaken for a license to do anything.

Those who are content with anything as long as they stand out will ultimately be excluded from both society and wealth.

I've strayed a bit from the topic, but that's the point. You must not misunderstand the meaning of 'It's far sadder to disappear unnoticed and unremembered than to have more haters.' Always, with morals, and in a way that benefits people, let's stand out boldly. Standing out for the wrong reasons is nothing but the most foolish act for marketing. Especially for businesses.

Stand out in a good way. And stand out significantly in a good way, and have people participate in a system incorporating growth hacks. With a two-tiered structure of customer acquisition and a system, sales will dramatically increase, and you can create a mechanism to continuously increase sales permanently and long-term. Our blog articles contain a vast amount of knowledge and insights on customer acquisition and systemization, so please read them and put them into practice.
