For the past few years, I've been thinking about how to increase the number of people who create jobs or start businesses in Japan.

And, how to increase the number of entrepreneurs who can properly solve problems and create social value.

I tried creating a study abroad program in the Philippines and creating a school in Japan, but I felt it wasn't a fundamental solution.

Indeed, it was good that I was able to convey the mindset and techniques for starting a business or launching a venture to many people.

However, to fundamentally change things, we need to embrace a more zero-based way of thinking and approach, and take a further step, and consider what lies between those who succeed and those who don't.

Just as people are diverse, everyone's way of thinking, breadth of knowledge, and range of experience are different.

What one person can easily understand, another person may not be able to understand.

In that case, we must gently integrate it into entrepreneurship and job creation so that everyone can understand.

What I've recently realized is that for people who think 'I want to create a job', useful information is right in front of them, yet they don't notice it or can't comprehend it.

Therefore, simply presenting information as 'here's some information' is not enough.

Even if we boldly encourage action, if the value is not understood, there will be no inclination to invest time or money in it.

From the scope of what can be understood, we need to build up both information and experiences.

For example, the same applies to articles on the internet.

Currently, the explanations and information available in the world are written with a 'clarity' within the author's imagined scope.

That is not nearly enough.

Rather, the 'clarity' within the scope imagined by professionals is at a level where it's too technical and incomprehensible.

Unless it is delivered in a way that everyone can understand and everyone can feel its value, it will not be a fundamental solution.

Based on that, we need to eliminate the three differences that separate those who succeed from those who don't.

One is the knowledge gap, called 'information disparity'.

Whether you know or don't know becomes a factor that leads you to take the wrong first step.

The second is the experience gap, called 'experience disparity'.

People's judgment criteria are refined by what they actually experience, who they talk to, and what kind of life they have lived.

The third is what I arbitrarily call the 'reality gap,' which is the present moment after bridging the experience gap and the information gap.

Combining experience and information allows for more astute judgments, leading to actions that leave footprints and build reality.

Something more systematized is needed to sequentially bridge these three disparities.

It is something that precedes the stage of producing professionals by paying large sums of money, like schools or study abroad programs.

Everyone should be supported for free or at low cost, bridging the gaps in experience, information, and reality, and only then move on to the stage of acquiring schooling or some kind of skill.

Otherwise, you will stray in strange directions, fall victim to scams, make mistakes, and end up taking unnecessary detours.

First, the resolution and strategy for these three; there must be a hint here.
