Hello. This is Kamiyama.

which we announced the other dayOPENSEED AVERYHave you had a chance to see?

AVERYis a service that makes entrepreneurship education and support accessible to everyone.
Currently, entrepreneurship and side-business education and support are only available by overcoming high costs and high hurdles.
If everyone could easily access these, the world would become more interesting.

The joy and excitement of creating your own work.
And the freedom to live a life where you can actually generate your own income.
We will make it accessible to everyone for 540 yen per month.

Pre-registration begins on June 5th.
The first 50 registrants will receive a lifetime free membership, so please register early.

Two patterns of entrepreneurship are the cause of success rate disparities.

Now, this time, just a little bit, whyAVERYI'd like to talk about why I created.
I think it will also be a hint for those who are thinking about starting their own business.

Did you know that there is actually an overwhelming disparity in the value of entrepreneurship depending on the person?
Here, let's introduce two patterns for clarity.

The first is the 'What can I do to earn money?' pattern.

The majority of people living in Japan fall into this pattern.
Not knowing right from left, and having no one to teach them, they don't know what to believe.
Searching for 'how to make money' on the internet can lead down a dangerous path where one might end up being exploited.
Without entrepreneurship/side-hustle education, support, or environment, most people will fall into this trap at some point.
They prioritize getting money from someone and try to create a system for it.

The second pattern is starting 'to make society more convenient'.

People who know which types of entrepreneurship/side-hustles have a high success rate globally and also have the environment for it.
And they gain social status, influencing each other while earning a lot.
They observe the diverse ways of the world, address societal issues, and succeed.
It's not uncommon for some to earn hundreds of millions of yen.
They think about making society more convenient, identifying problems, and solving them.

This is the difference between being in an environment where one can gain knowledge about entrepreneurship/side-hustles or not.
I have observed both worlds, between these two disparities, for three years.
Certainly, entrepreneurship/side-hustles in the world exist based on these two types of concepts.
There is an overwhelming disparity between the two, both conceptually and in terms of ability.

Let's talk a bit about the 'success rate' of monetization here.

Which do you think has a higher success rate, the former or the latter?
The pattern of pursuing earnings versus the pattern of trying to make society more convenient.
Normally, one would think the former yields profit faster, and the latter takes more time, right?
Moreover, the latter seems to carry more pressure and a stronger backlash if it fails.

So, what were your thoughts?

Actually, the latter 'pattern of making society more convenient' has a higher success rate.
Moreover, there is an overwhelmingly, almost excessively, vast difference in success rates.

The success rate gap between the 'want to earn money' group and the 'make society convenient' group is a staggering 60 times.

We collected 25 cases for each of the two concepts and observed the success rate.
The 'success' referred to here is a pattern where 'a certain degree of monetization has been achieved'.
Please consider that, on average, there are 'earnings approximately double that of a typical salaryman'.
Now, after three years of observation, how much of a difference has emerged?

The answer is that the money-making pattern is approximately "0.5%", and the social contribution pattern is approximately "30%".
By simple calculation, it's '60 times' different. That's 60 times, 60 times.
What exactly does this difference, stemming from a difference in mindset, mean?
The latter, at least, had become capable of supporting themselves independently.

It's true that the observed sample size might have been small, but the difference is clear.
It might be a personal experiment, but even so, it's a big difference.
If there is such a difference, it would be clear even if observed with a larger sample size.
I can't help but feel that this disparity directly leads to economic disparity.

I recalled data after seeing 30% of the social contribution patterns.
Data shows that if you act now, the probability of achieving your dreams and goals is 39%.
I remember thinking it was surprisingly expensive.
However, this probability, I wonder if it's only if you don't choose the wrong path.
It's settling into roughly the same probability as the social contribution pattern.

By the way, the reason for the former's failure is that most people gave up or got frustrated halfway through.
No matter how much they tried, they didn't earn anything, or only money went out.
In the end, they remained salarymen, endlessly searching for a way to earn money.
What's more, they might get caught by strange people and end up in debt.
Or get involved in strange troubles.

On the other hand, the reason for the latter's failure is simply understood as a lack of demand.
If they keep trying again, everyone should eventually succeed.

In other words, if people who are struggling without environment, knowledge, or opportunities had a foundation similar to the latter.
It's no exaggeration to say that the success rate of all startups would increase 60-fold.

What is most needed to bridge the gap is the development of "value standards".

I want to create a society where everyone can build proper businesses and feel excited.
I believe that if such a world were created, it would become an even more enjoyable place.

However, humans are not at all equal.
What is given to someone else is not necessarily available to oneself.

Among them, the biggest is the difference in value standards.

The process of living, the people encountered, the education received.
If lives are different, the value standards to believe in also become unclear.

What happens if value standards are misaligned or undeveloped?
People fail to notice what's truly important, and instead, sweet traps might seem important.
Even though it's obvious to anyone who knows that it's a trap, people misunderstand.
It is important whether one has developed the criteria to distinguish between good and bad.

However, that is a standard acquired precisely because one is 'lucky' enough to encounter good things in life.
By chance, there might be people around you who teach you, or an environment that fosters good standards.
Value standards can only be cultivated through the accumulation of chance encounters in life.

Nevertheless, when it comes to entrepreneurship, it is difficult even to come into contact with good standards.
Therefore, even if good information is right in front of you, you cannot recognize it as good.
Low-quality information is mistaken for 'good things' solely by the sweetness of its words, and one reaches out for it.
Without standards, no matter how many hints there are on the internet, you cannot notice them.
You cannot even recognize that it is something you should learn.

Can a person who has never drunk wine understand the goodness of wine?
Of course not, and they might mistake cheap wine for being of the same quality as expensive wine.

Can a person who hasn't eaten delicious food tell the difference between expensive meat and cheap meat?
Both would taste delicious to them, and they would likely think there's no big difference.

It's like a celebrity quality ranking show.
Even if GACKT understands, others will not understand.

To put it in terms of entrepreneurship, it means 'mistaking fakes for genuine articles, and losing both time and money'.

That is precisely why a familiar environment is necessary to cultivate value standards for entrepreneurship.
However, in today's society, there are not many such environments.
To acquire minimum standards or environments, one must either pay a high price or pass an examination.
Otherwise, one must move around a lot, enduring pain, and by chance, stumble into a decent environment.
Even an environment for cultivating minimum value standards is difficult to obtain for today's entrepreneurship.

That's why weAVERYwas made.

OPENSEED AVERY was created to bridge the 'gap' and improve the 'success rate' of entrepreneurship and side businesses.

For you, we provide entrepreneurial plans and knowledge to follow, as well as an environment and opportunities.
What's more, an environment that fosters standards, available for just 540 yen per month.
A place where I can easily create certain 'standards' as I embark on entrepreneurship.
I couldn't help but feel that such a service was absolutely necessary for society.

There's a reason why such a service hasn't been available until now.

The former thinks they don't understand the latter well, can't do it themselves, and it's irrelevant to them.
The latter completely distrusts the former and considers them an object of contempt.

Ultimately, it just doesn't fit.
Because no connections are even formed, they don't connect even with similar businesses.
That's why the two realms never intersect, and the disparity only continues to widen.

Honestly, I was lucky enough to reach the latter, so I had no trouble gaining knowledge and experience.
Everyone around me, from top students at prestigious universities, is aiming for a high level.
All those people were working to make society more interesting and convenient, and were starting businesses using all their abilities.
Thanks to this, recently, we've seen an increase in exciting challenges that weren't seen a generation ago.

However, there was a time when I suddenly lost a lot of money.
I realized that I had to earn money there.

A large gap separating the two.

I believe the gap in success rates can be closed.
I am confident that we can increase the success rate of people who want to earn money but keep failing by 60%.

I have seen many times how the mindset of people who wanted to earn money changed to social contribution.
As a result, we also observed how they steadily built up their achievements.
It's not a pipe dream or anything like that; it's something that's possible.

Knowledge, education, and support for entrepreneurship and side businesses are currently difficult to access, even for those who wish to receive them.
Either one lacks the necessary upfront resources, or it has virtually only been available to those who have been fortunate enough to cultivate their values up to this point.
Moreover, even if it's understood to be good in terms of values, it's often limited only to cases where there are already screenings or products.
There should be a school that is more accessible and easy to reach, and a place that provides support and opportunities.

It is necessary for essential work creation, entrepreneurship, and side businesses to become more accessible.
To provide more people with value standards that allow them to choose the best path.
And to be a place where we can support them in actually moving forward towards success.
OPENSEED AVERYI am confident that we will definitely reach that position.

Pre-registration will begin from June 5th.
For the first 50 people, it's free foreverAVERYYou can continue to use it.

Please witness the birth of new value standards, entrepreneurship and side-business education, and support in the new era.
