If you’re looking for a mentor or teacher! What is the one key point you should prioritize more than their background!
People who achieve results, ultimately, their way of thinking and communication style are all similar. When you want to achieve significant progress in life. To achieve results...

People who achieve results, in the end, all have similar ways of thinking and speaking.
When you want to achieve a big evolution in life. When you have to produce results.
People say, "It's faster to ask someone who knows," and try to get someone to teach them, don't they?
The more you wish, the more "people who know" will teach you many secrets.
They should lecture you on what to do, their experiences of how they achieved results, and even their way of thinking and specific methods.
However, the content and ways of thinking that "people who know" speak of are almost essentially the same.
Have you ever listened to many people and felt something like, "Oh, someone else said that too," or "I hear that a lot"?
Because when you summarize how to achieve results as a methodology, there aren't that many vast numbers of paths prepared.
The basic methods and ways of thinking are all the same, and after that, it's about mobilizing all your knowledge, experience, and thinking ability to see how much you can "trial and error" on your own.
Regarding "trial and error" after the basic methods, it truly is trial and error, and you need to analyze the situation and flexibly change your approach.
Frameworks like "do this in this situation" are often areas where they don't quite apply.
Your way of thinking and your ability to think itself will be utilized.
From the stage where "methodology" was emphasized until now, the tools you should use are changing to "ways of thinking."
In the tool of "ways of thinking," the idea of "you should do this in this situation" is not absent.
Rather, like logical thinking and design thinking, they firmly exist as frameworks.
However, it's difficult to master ways of thinking all at once, and practice is required.
By gaining a lot of experience and solving problems, your brain and thinking ability will be trained, and the method of "you should think this way in this situation" will gradually be acquired.
It's the same as sports. The more you practice, the more you acquire it.
So, how do you acquire the ability to think and to experiment?
It is people in roles like consultants and mentors who master ways of thinking.
(A mentor is like a master, someone who accompanies you more closely than a teacher. Like a Star Wars master.)
Working with someone who has already mastered a way of thinking, receiving their guidance, and putting it into practice.
This is the fastest way to acquire your own thinking skills.
The primary benefit of working with a consultant or mentor is having them illuminate methodologies and paths.
By having someone with a developed way of thinking join in the trial and error, problems can be solved early, right?
However, at the same time, it also leads to acquiring the consultant's way of thinking and thought process.
If you work daily with someone who has a developed way of thinking, it's only natural that their way of thinking will rub off on you, isn't it?
However, even among excellent consultants and mentors, while there may be differences in their thinking abilities, fundamentally, they are still the same.
They have similar thought processes and ways of thinking, and sometimes even say the same things.
Ultimately, if someone is producing results, no matter who you follow, you will essentially be taught methods that yield results, right?
However, despite this, people still differ.
They are divided into those who get results and those who don't.
Why do results differ from person to person?
There is a clear and significant reason for this.
It is 'whether you can believe and consistently follow through'.
When people are taught by someone who knows a method, they try to implement what they've learned.
However, if results don't appear immediately, they gradually give up and even stop putting in effort.
Then, they arbitrarily complain, 'I didn't get results with that person,' and move on to another 'person who knows'.
Other people I know, while taking a slightly different approach, essentially say the same thing.
However, if results don't appear quickly again, they give up and go to another place.
As a result, they mutter, 'It's all liars,' and continue to smolder without achieving their ideals.
But that doesn't mean I'm going to say, 'Everyone isn't trying hard enough' or 'Stick with it more.'
What I want to say is that the problem is the wrong 'way to choose' a mentor, even before trying hard.
There's a reason why people can keep trying hard.
Whether it's 'impressed by their words,' 'I can trust this person,' 'fell in love with their vision,' or something else about that person that resonated with their heart.
Or, when partnering with someone with whom you can be happy and positive without feeling stressed, even if you're together all day, people somehow find the motivation to work hard.
When you walk alongside someone with whom you enjoy being, or whom you respect and trust, or who has touched your heart in some way, people can really work hard.
If it goes too far, it can get complicated, but the part close to adoration, like 'admiring' someone, might also be a factor.
Anyway, when seeking advice from a mentor, it means 'choose someone you are personally compatible with.'
Ultimately, people who achieve results, consultants, mentors, and masters all share similar ways of thinking.
Essentially, they are saying the same thing, but they teach it with slightly different approaches.
If that's the case, then what exactly should be the criteria for choosing a mentor?
In a word, it's 'the person.'
It's whether that person's 'charm as a human being' suits you.
Even if you judge a mentor solely by their ability and results, you might not achieve results yourself.
To put it in company terms, it's similar to employees who were hired based on 'achievements' but then quit because their personality or the environment didn't suit them.
It's similar to cases where a hiring manager causes a mismatch by 'judging solely on ability.'
People should act in a place where they want to 'stay longer,' making a comprehensive judgment based on personality, learning environment, atmosphere, and compatibility.
What brings out your true potential is not just your achievements, but also whether you are compatible as a person, whether you can work hard together, and whether you can respect each other.
I'll say it again: there isn't a big difference in the mindset and approach of people who achieve results.
Next, thoroughly assess whether the people and environment suit you.
If you learn the mindset of successful people in a place that suits you, you too should be able to achieve results.
