Must-see: The Absolute Difference Between Those Who Survive and Those Who Are Eliminated
Hello. I'm Kamiyama. Nowadays, I live freely and confidently. But originally, I was an absolute bundle of "weakness." When I made a small mistake, it would stay in my head forever. Hello. This is Kamiyama.
Nowadays, I live freely and confidently.
But originally, I was an absolute bundle of "weakness."
When I made a small mistake, it would stay in my head forever.
I didn't know how to interact with people and was always timid.
I couldn't do any work at all, and I would run away from my incapable self.
Still, I had to somehow keep living.
As a result of various struggles, I arrived at my current "strength."
In the end, I think overcoming mental and human "weakness" takes time.
Around me, most people become stronger by their late 20s, or 30s at the latest.
They stop being easily damaged by minor things.
If there's some kind of success experience, weakness disappears even faster.
Recently, I often hear phrases like "It's different for everyone" and "Affirm weakness."
It's become something I hear as if it's a trend.
However, from my conclusion, being humanly weak in the end is not good.
The world is well-made, and you only gain by having strength as a person.
That's why I struggled in various ways to become stronger.
Because I originally had overwhelming human weakness, there's a reality I can see.
I used to envy people who were naturally strong.
In contrast, I, who seemed to have weakened, was completely useless.
About human strength and weakness.
First, the definition of weakness here.
It means being prone to escaping unpleasant things and having a fragile heart.
It means that one's mental state is easily disrupted and fluctuates wildly.
As a result, one becomes unable to make proper judgments.
This was me in the past.
I couldn't do any work at all and was just constantly depressed.
The stronger a person is, the more they accept everything, are humble, and approach things with a sense of responsibility.
Because they don't give up, challenging jobs come their way, and they can rise.
If there's a mistake, they accept it, improve, and aim higher.
I was moving in the exact opposite direction.
While thinking, 'I wish I could be like those strong people.'
Above all, I was irresponsible.
I often blamed others and held grudges.
I tried to protect myself and vent my frustrations.
I couldn't control myself and often lashed out.
As a result, no work came my way.
I ended up staying in the same place.
They say people are all different, don't they?
"Being strong as a person" was essential for living in today's society.
Especially for "those who want to climb their way up," it was about 95% essential.
If you want to climb your way up, it is the very wall you must overcome, the very body you must achieve.
It doesn't matter what a person's nature or personality is like.
Unfortunately, the world is not that tolerant.
Because society "doesn't change the job requirements for each person."
It seemed like something everyone knew, but I, in the past, didn't understand it.
When you ask for something, everyone expects something in return.
To put it simply, no one asks anything of people who seek affirmation of their "weakness" from others.
Therefore, fundamentally, work won't come to them.
Basically, you have to deal with things by moving in the direction of becoming stronger.
I started by organizing and accepting that reality.
I decided to confront the reality that I had to become stronger head-on.
First, I firmly acknowledged the reality that weakness should not be left unaddressed.
There's no one who says, "This person is weak, so let's ask them to do the job gently."
They might exist, but usually, they are just being considerate.
In that case, they would choose someone strong as a person from the start.
Not only customers, but also few people would want them as colleagues.
However, people want to believe in the methodology that "what people can do differs, including their weaknesses."
That only works when you can offer the other person benefits that outweigh your weaknesses.
Absolutely, only people who possess some kind of charm or ability.
Irresponsible, or lacking in ability.
Always complaining, always protecting themselves.
Things aren't sweet enough for you to crawl your way up like that.
Unless you absolutely possess some kind of charm or ability.
You shouldn't seek affirmation of your human weakness from others.
If you seek it, you should pretty much give up on a normal social life.
Because what society expects from us doesn't care whether we are weak or not.
Then they will choose people who have human strength.
If you want to live as a weak person, you need to have a different kind of strength.
Since everyone has their own individuality, there's also the argument that it's okay to be weak.
There's also the opinion that it would be good to leverage the points where one can be strong.
However, even that is impossible.
As I mentioned earlier, that's only if you have overwhelming skills.
If the abilities you possess are themselves ordinary.
There are thousands, tens of thousands of people in the world who have the same abilities as us and are strong as human beings.
After all, people who are strong as human beings are chosen.
On the other hand, it's true that there are cases where people can gather others precisely because they are 'weak'.
There are people who have the nature of wanting to help precisely because someone is weak, right?
However, on the other hand, they also possess a different kind of strength.
There was a clear vision, or a desperate attitude.
Their personality is easily liked by many people, or they have charm in other areas.
Indeed, weakness can sometimes be accepted.
However, for that to happen, a different kind of strength is required.
Unless it's a case like the above, being strong as a person is the minimum requirement to rise again.
People who can't manage to clear that minimum requirement and persevere will ultimately not win.
If you choose to live by affirming your weakness as a person.
You have no choice but to confine yourself to those who accept you and live there.
Because you are weak.
This will hurt you, won't it?
I'll listen to you a lot and be kind to you.
There is no other way than to find such a world full of love and withdraw into it.
If you find it difficult to overcome your weakness, you should look for such a place.
However, it will be a very narrow world.
Moreover, it becomes questionable whether you can live a decent life.
As long as the world is based on economics, money will come in from the outside world.
And much of the outside world isn't interested in people like us.
If you don't have the strength to live there, you will be eliminated.
I thought to myself that such a life would be painful, and I came to a conclusion.
Not just affirming my own weakness, but confronting the strength that others seek.
Let's say someone told you, "It's okay to stay weak."
It might seem kind at first glance to say, "That's fine, you're fine as you are."
However, it's also proof that you're not facing the truth.
Basically, accepting someone's "weakness" is an escape from confronting them.
Many people dislike confronting weakness and making others stronger.
Because it's troublesome.
People who are only kind are essentially not truly engaging with you.
If you truly care about someone, you'll want to pull them up.
For better or worse.
People don't change that easily.
Weakness, in particular, doesn't change.
Of course, it's also important to indulge occasionally.
But indulgence is only allowed occasionally.
There is no other path to take regarding human weakness than to train it to become strong.
Turning a blind eye won't change anything.
Ultimately, having a strong heart as a human being becomes the true power to live.
So, let's start by choosing the path to become strong.
I decided to overcome my weakness because I realized that reality.
As a result, I aimed to be "a person who can aim higher while receiving help precisely because I am weak."
And as a result, by gaining successful experiences, I was somehow able to gain confidence in myself.
Choosing to bet on your own weakness and push forward is also one answer.
In any case, it wasn't an easy path.
For people who feel they carry weakness, I think it's a difficult world to live in.
But if you try to become strong, humans can reach a decent level.
First, recognize the reality that you must become strong, and choose your path.
I believe that will be the first step in overcoming your own weaknesses.
