They now exist as a belief I will carry for a lifetime.

'If you're going to do it anyway, you might as well aim for the top.'

My friend was the first to say that.
We can do anything from the moment we are born into this world.
Everyone is given the 'opportunity' to grasp something grand called 'ideals'.
Since we have the chance, it would be a waste not to enjoy it.

That's how I've encouraged our hearts.

As a result, every challenge has vividly colored my life.
Numerous walls, encounters, failures, and successes.
Every event becomes a story, weaving a splendid life.
Everything is a stimulus to make life enjoyable.

Life is like a novel you write yourself.
If you have the will, you can freely depict any story.
However, to depict freely, you need the resolve to take a step forward.
It's not drawn automatically; if you don't intend to draw it, it remains blank.

Most people spend their time without taking that step.
Even if you haven't taken the step, that power and right are always in your hands.

In my case, there was a moment when I decided to 'give it a try' and cross that line.
And then, all the ideals I had envisioned became reality.

I want to live my life earnestly, devotedly, grandly, and proudly.

If left alone, time cruelly passes by, leaving nothing behind.
Precisely for that reason, it's necessary to write and advance your own story with your own hands.

To live an interesting life, we write about our ideal way of living in our preferred context.
The result of that is things like status, honor, and assets.

However, they are nothing more than the dregs of an interesting life.
Our ideal was not to earn money, nor to live a wealthy life.

What we are doing is simply enjoying ourselves.
To thoroughly enjoy to the fullest the life that cruelly passes by if left alone.
Things like assets, status, and honor are just a bonus to an exciting life.
Precisely for that reason, we set troublesome 'goals'.
To enjoy life.

While enjoying ourselves in that way, our ideals are being fulfilled.
Love, life, work, everything.

Before long, people become desperate for 'something else' rather than 'enjoying their own lives'.
Everyone in the world leaves behind the phrase 'enjoying life'.

Therefore, when their life finally ends, they regret, saying 'I wish I had done more'.
We have never regretted anything in our lives so far.

The inherent excitement of life holds immense charm.
I would be happy if you could feel even a little bit of our lives and way of living.

Creating work freely is like writing your life freely.

Currently, we usually make a living by creating new work.
We operate as a team of 3 men and 2 women.
As those who follow us on Instagram might know.
We travel to various places around the world.
And we monetize things we wish existed as jobs.

We launch jobs we want to do, businesses we want to challenge, and things that seem fun.
We usually monetize them in about 3 to 6 months and then hand them over to someone else.
We have challenged new businesses with a sense of speed.

Currently, as part of entrepreneur training, we are creating businesses in collaboration with others.
And we teach how to launch something from scratch and monetize it.

In any case, we've been doing such work for the past few years.
What do you think happened as a result?

Everything I wished for came true.

Challenges that make your heart tremble, and the dynamism of creating the future.
A free lifestyle, assets, and freedom of place and time.
Everything that was once out of reach is now mine.

Now, I work when I want and sleep when I want.
I travel when I want and start new challenges when I want.
You can freely draw your own story.

What gives you that freedom is nothing other than the 'power to create work'.

You can be free because you can create work wherever and whenever you like.
You won't be fazed by anything that happens, because you can create systems in any situation.
That's how valuable it is to be able to create your own work.

For example, let's say there's a job someone taught you.
If that job becomes obsolete, it's over.
You'll just be there, unable to do anything.
It's natural if you don't think for yourself and only accept what you're taught.
It's like the Republic of Nauru, which once made a fluke profit and then rapidly declined.

However, if you can create your own work, you won't decline.
Because you'll be able to create your own mechanisms to adapt to the times.
That's why it's necessary to build up your skills early, rather than relying on temporary income.

Being able to create work with your own power is true freedom.
Rather, other freedoms are often flimsy, collapsing quickly if there's a small hole.

Income that isn't accompanied by your own abilities is just a waste of time.
Chasing after such things will lead to nothing.
You should acquire the ability to create your own work as soon as possible.

People looking for ways to earn money should change their mindset as soon as possible.
Again, finding a way to build your skills will lead to freedom faster throughout your life.
You won't be taken advantage of either.

I wonder why people only pursue unstable freedom and don't seek fundamental freedom.
You're being deceived by the world's marketing.

As a result, I can now create income streams anywhere, anytime, without change.

If you can freely create work, the location and where you live don't particularly matter.
Because you just need to create work that utilizes the characteristics of where you live.
It's a big deal that I no longer care about where I work at all.
Even so, the reason I'm based in Tokyo is because there are many interesting jobs here.
Even now, with the widespread use of online communication, there are still differences in location.

If you go to a rural area, you create work that utilizes the characteristics of that area.
If you go abroad, you create work that utilizes the characteristics of that country.

That way, you can live freely.

For example, let's say there's a problem unique to your location.
If you create work that solves that problem, it becomes a job.
Also, let's say there's an appeal that can only be found where you are now.
By communicating that appeal externally, you can create more attractive work.

Find regional problems and characteristics, and turn them into work.
And you shape and create that in about three months.

Creating work rooted in the local area like this is a form of social contribution.
It's much more enjoyable than just earning money on the internet.

Of course, I've also created jobs that can be done globally on the internet.
Not only that, but I turn what can be done in the places I travel to into businesses.
A prime example of what I built locally is the school business in the Philippines.
I was able to create education unique to Cebu Island and sell it.

Also, I've started conceptualizing a project in my hometown, Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture.
I will announce this again, so please look forward to it.
I will increasingly step into regional revitalization and local creation from now on.

Creating jobs means generating money for the region.
By doing so, we can have a more wonderful impact on society.
The difference from those 'just earn money' types is right here.
Only by creating businesses that contribute to society do people demonstrate their worth.

No matter how much money you have, if you're not involved in society, you're like an invisible person.
No matter how much you play by yourself, people will only think, 'That person plays a lot,' at best.
Honestly, such an existence has no meaning.
Rather, it's better to quickly spend the money on more meaningful things.

What's more, if you sell the business you created, which is called an 'exit,' you can aim for a fortune.
How much do you think that amount is?

At least tens of millions to hundreds of millions of yen, and often even billions of yen.
And those who do it achieve it in about three years.
Work speed is much faster now, so it's not a matter of spending decades like in the past.

You can now 'create' as much of what you want as you like.

Being able to create your own work means you can realize the future you desire.
For example, when you think you want a certain system or service in the world.
If it doesn't exist, you can just create it yourself.

If you want a place where communication is revitalized in your community, you can create it yourself.
If you want to make parenting easier, you can create a place where people can help each other.
Because you can launch the problems you feel as a business and monetize them.

You solve what you wanted to solve, and you also get paid.
How wonderful is that?

If you solve two or three problems you're facing, you might even be able to become independent.
You can enjoy delicious meals you've been holding back on, and even travel, without having to save.
And what's more, it contributes to the community and society.

Realize what you want yourself and turn it into a reward.
This is one of the greatest pleasures of being able to create your own work.
It cannot be achieved by any other means or methods.
You just need to acquire the ability to do such things quickly.

The power to create work is nothing less than the power to create the future.
Ultimately, what you do also leads to social recognition.
No matter how much a person earns, if they are ignored by society, it's over.
No matter what kind of life you lead, being isolated from society means being isolated from people.
No matter how easy your life may be, the loneliness and despair are immeasurable.
People find joy precisely because they live by interacting with others.

Imagine.

Having money but not understanding the world at all.
Not engaging with society at all, and having disjointed conversations with friends.
Despite supposedly having assets, feeling an overwhelming sense of loneliness.

To live without being valued by society, that's what it means.

The money you possess will likely be seen by those around you as a wasted treasure.
Because there are many people who can use money more for the benefit of everyone.
Money that doesn't contribute to the world only gathers envy and loneliness.

Having the ability to create work and also possessing assets means being wealthy while being loved.
Money held by those without ability is 'a useless treasure, merely lucky, gone to waste'.
At the very least, people will just think you should invest or donate more to society, and that's the end of it.

Not only assets and honor, but also an exciting life has become achievable.

Furthermore, the skill of creating work has not only brought freedom to life.
An exciting and challenging life, as if living in a movie, has been obtained.
It's no exaggeration to say that this was the biggest factor as a work-creation skill.

Even traveling, if you do it 100 times, you'll get bored.
No matter how nice a house you live in, you'll get bored once you get used to it.
Eventually, you'll get bored of everything, and life itself will become tedious.
I'm not interested in the games most rich people play, and I'd probably get bored of them anyway.

However, I never get tired of creating work.
Creating work while traveling the world with everyone.
Getting in a car and competing while going around here and there.
Staying in the office and desperately creating things that are useful to the world.
Creating things that are convenient for society.
Meeting interesting people from all over the world and negotiating how to involve them.
How to involve people with captivating speaking skills and personality.
Sometimes, we even fight among ourselves.
But the very next day, we might toast to a great success.

No matter what else I get tired of, this challenge always excites me.
In life, the challenge of evolving society is like a drug.
My heart is always pounding, and I can't help but feel excited.

It can sometimes be seen as a symbol of easy judgment.
However, the results that lie beyond make the world more convenient and create our current lives.
Such freedom exists in the skill of creating work.

It's incredibly fun.

Creating work, in a sense, is a means to acquire assets and honor.
It's one way to gain freedom and enrich your life.
However, more than that, it gives you the feeling of living with an overwhelmingly exciting sensation.

At least the women around me have both careers and partners.
I wonder where that story comes from, about business owners not being able to get married or something.
Yet, they are all marrying very sincere and elegant handsome men.

Men, too, are relatively popular.
Men who can create work and are unpopular are almost non-existent, unless they have significant personality issues.

The same goes for time spent with family.
For example, I'm getting married this year.
Even so, I make time for my partner and we get along well every day.
Moreover, because I'm not tied to a company, I can take time off freely.
Entrepreneurs not having partners is simply a matter of them wanting to live that kind of life.
I want to build a happy family, so I make sure to spend plenty of time with my family.

The topic of age often comes up, but the skills to master a job are fine at any age.
As long as it's capitalism, it's natural that the value of creating work won't disappear.
Looking at the world, there are people who were homeless until their 50s and grew to become world-ranking billionaires.
In fact, I believe that being excited about work can lead to a longer life.

I'm often asked if it's impossible without being sociable.
That's not the case at all; frankly, I'm not a very sociable person myself.
That's why I aimed to be a writer or designer in the first place.

There's no such thing as age, circumstances, or ~ not allowing it; if you don't do it, you'll never be able to.

What kind of life do you want to achieve while you're alive?
